Pecan-Crusted Chicken

: : Ingredients


  • 1 cup pecans. toasted
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Instructions : :

  • Step 2
  • Step 3
Preheat the oven to 400
Grind the pecans into fine crumbs and combine with bread crumbs, basil, salt and pepper.
Put honey mustard on each breast and then coat in mixture.
Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes.

Additional Notes...

Use any nut your family enjoys - just crush into a breadcrumb like consistency.
